Coolant Through Spindle "CTS-2630"

By using a small diameter (Φ3.0 or less) and deep hole (L/D=20) with a non-step design, it is possible to reduce processing time by 77%! Even with a minimum diameter of Φ0.5, coolant discharge is achieved.

We would like to introduce our coolant-through spindle, the 'CTS-2630'. By using high-pressure coolant at 20MPa, it enables non-step machining for diameters of Φ3.0 or less with an L/D ratio of 20, achieving coolant discharge even at a minimum diameter of Φ0.5.
